Myocardial fibrosis in arterial hypertension

The results of the analysis of the literature on the problem of myocardial fibrosis in patients with arterial hypertension. The basic directions and tendencies of development of modern methods of diagnosis of myocardial fibrosis in hypertensive heart formation. We consider the relations of metabolic markers of myocardial fibrosis with remodeling of the heart.
