The article analyzes the conceptual basis and content of the teaching materials — The World of Semeiskie Culture in Buryatia for primary school, developed by a team of educators from Dorzhi Banzarov Buryat State University and the Buryat Republi-can Institute of Educational Policy. The authors outline its content, aimed at forming in children a holistic understanding of the culture and history of the Old Believers (Semeiskie) of Buryatia, fostering their connection to the traditional values of this ethno-confessional group, the basic national values of Russian society, and universal human values. The teaching materials includes an educational program, textbooks, and workbooks for grades 1–4 of general education schools, structured in accordance with the regula-tory framework of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Buryatia. Based on a scientific and methodological review, the teaching materials The World of Semeiskie Culture in Buryatia has been recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Buryatia for use in general and supplementary educational institu-tions. Practical implementation of the teaching materials in teaching Semeiskie ethno-traditions has proven successful due to the concentric structuring of program content, the application of a system-activity approach in the educational process, the use of culture-building technologies, project-based learning methods, and the organization of various forms of extracurricular activities. The teaching materials The World of Semeiskie Culture in Buryatia can serve as a ref-erence for educators in developing original programs across primary education sub-jects and elective courses introducing younger students to the cultural and historical traditions of the Semeiskie of Transbaikal. Addressing key educational objectives – fostering chil-dren’s love and respect for the culture of their local region and country, instilling pat-riotism, cultivating a sense of involvement in their community, and developing ethno-cultural competence – is supported by the continuity of ethno-cultural education. This conti-nuity is implemented through the teaching materials for introducing children to the culture of the Semeiskie in Transbaikal for preschool and primary education, supple-mented by a set of methodological guides for educators on integrating Semeiskie cul-tural values (labor, family, health, nature, knowledge, art) into basic general educa-tion, as demonstrated in the article.
