Mirotvorchestvo and hegemony: the critical analysis of strategy of compulsion to the world

In article peace-making practice of compulsion to the world in the form of two strategy is critically analyzed: «balance of forces» and «a choice of the winner». Conditions of efficiency, legal and moral legitimacy of strategy are estimated. Mirotvorchestvo turns to measures of destruction of peace cooperation of the people if it is used by world powers in hegemony the purposes. Today analyzed peace-making strategy demand participation of the world community within the limits of the international humanitarian right and the United Nations Charter.
