This article studies the postulates of the Christian worldview as the foundation for the formation of European social values and reveals the content of a new category of philosophy "worldview program". In order to reveal new philosophical categories the authors introduce and give definitions of the terms "worldview", "values", "Christian worldview", "Christian values", "Christian worldview program". Christian worldviews are represented historically and logically as the foundation of European culture. During the formation of civilization (antiquity, the Middle Ages) and modern European culture consideration of these grounds is fundamentally important, since mankind is experiencing not only a crisis of its values and philosophical grounds, but in fact the question is whether to continue existing or not. Christian philosophical meanings, without which European culture is impossible, are subject to both criticism and the worldview program of denial and obstruction. Such types of activities relate to the use of values of the worldview program arrangements of European culture, required by the matrix of European life, while substituting traditional European social values for or transferring them to the ones completely alien to the Christian worldview, as well as for European values of life in general...
