Philosophical rationale for overcoming of the crime phenomenon in the context of philosophical and legal, socio-philosophical and anthropological intentions

The article examines the feasibility of overcoming of the crime phenomenon in the context of the philosophical, legal, socio-philosophical and anthropological intentions. In the course of the study it was found, that the political and economic situation in the country, psychological and sociological situation in the society and the ontological, axiological and anthropological intensity of the human personality are the main factors, the positive state of which eliminate the crime in principle.
