Worldview and self-consciousness: pecularities of their formation in the conditions of modern culture

The authors examine the peculiarities of a person’s worldview formation dependent on the intensification of contradictions between everyday and theoretical levels of worldview. The special attention is drawn to the analysis of modern culture tendencies that contribute to the increase of a role of an everyday level of world outlook in a human life activity, have negative impact on the development of individual self-consciousness and its social activity.
