One of the most important problems that always cause the closest attention of economists, both theoreticians and practitioners, is the problem of world economic crises. This problem concerns not only the world as a whole, but also each country individually, at a specific level. It seems that the solution of such a global problem as world economic crises is possible only through the integration of the efforts of all or at least many countries of the world.
