Global trends in product quality management

The article discusses the key points in the global economy associated with the main trends in product quality management. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of modern trends, their role and importance in product quality management. The author of the article came to the following conclusions: at present, enterprises are implementing quality management systems based on GOST R ISO 9001-2015, in America, the “Zero Defects” program is used by F. Crosby, one of the most important features of property management, which reflects the bulk of advanced views and layouts, is considered to use the leading provisions of the concept of TQM.
