The article is devoted to the Russian Orthodox Church missionary activities within the Old Believers in the Samara eparchy in the last decade of the XIX century. The author analyzes the process of the missionary institution establishing and its forms, ways and methods of struggle against Old Belief. Names and surnames of the most distinguished Russian Orthodox missionaries and examples of Old Believers recruiting by missionaries are revealed this publication.
