China's soft power: educational strategies of foreign policy influence

The article is devoted to the analysis of the foreign policy influence of the PRC in the education field. The strategy of foreign policy influence is realized in the creation of a specialized institution - Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban). The authors analyze the directions of educational policy; determine the tools of soft power. The soft power of China has strategic advantages, since a new generation of young scientists is being created that will determine the vector of the development of world science taking into account China’s national interests.
