Objective: to evaluate communicational modernization of nursing professions in terms of the development of new medical care forms, according to the nursing experts. Materials and methods: we collected the opinions of expert practitioners through the double-reflexive interviewing of senior nurses (N = 15). Results: in the opinion of nursing experts, the implementation of palliative care into nursing practice is complicated by the lack of specialized educational programs. Modern communicational practices between the nurse and the patient, his/her relatives or representatives, focused on the improvement of public health, are modernized through the informatization of nursing. However, the Internet technologies remained unused; implementation of high-tech medical care affects nursing very little.
