The opinion of the scientists on wastes of production and consumption and the ways of their utilization

The problem of human - nature relations is of concern to both Russian environmental scientists and foreign scientists. The situation with waste in Russia is complicated, the recycling is subject to no more than 2 %, since the sorting of garbage is difficult for various reasons - this is the inability of the population to place on a small living area to place several containers for different waste fractions and insufficient environmental culture of the population.
