Multidimensionality of term "mechanism" of financial support of functioning and development of agricultural organizations in conditions of modernization

In the article it is proved that due to the specific organization of agriculture, market mechanisms can not be implemented as fully as in other sectors of economy, the necessity is justified for state financial support and offers of financial support mechanism in the form of land and mortgage lending.
