The infl uence of the main technological parameters of the friction-mixing welding process [1, 2] on the structure and mechanical properties of welded joints for blanks made of BrX08»Sh» alloys has been studied. Using experimental planning methods (theory of optimal experiment) [3, 4], a mathematical model of the infl uence of the defi ning parameters of the STP process on the quality of welded joints of sheet blanks made of BrX08»Sh» alloys was constructed.
