It is considered the problems of development and application of the new educational forms and methods, directed toward increasing the students' creative activity and specialists' training quality. The choice of business game as one of the active training forms is proven. A business game allows to stimulate the students' cognitive activity disciplines of specialization studying at. A modular approach to business game building is suggested. The essence of it is: some disciplines are grouped in a certain way in a module and cognitive process activation takes place all the time of studying the certain module disciplines.
