Multi-criteria model of maintenance assessment

The article deals with the value and the role of corrective maintenance activities in oil-producing structures. The authors consider application of the multi-criteria approach to management decision-making in the subsystem of maintenance service of oil producing companies. The paper suggests the system of evaluation criteria, and on its basis works out a model for complex criterion calculation for the assessment of the production system. The implementation of the proposed approach can help to improve the efficiency of management decision-making in the field of industrial management, to assess the achievement of the objectives by each subsystem, to allocate more reasonably the limited resources of the enterprise.
