Multidimensional classification of subjects of the Russian Federation under the terms of development of voluntary pension insurance

In the article the analysis of state and development of non-state pension provision is carried out, territorial distinctions in the level of the coverage of population by programs of voluntary pension insurance are revealed that is connected with features of accounting the results of non-state pension fundsactivity and also a regional inequality in conditions of formation of profitable and expenditure et basis of pension system. With the use of multidimensional methods the generalizing factors defining the development of voluntary level of pension system in subjects of the Russian Federation are identified: level of social inequality, standard of living of population, level of innovative development, working and life conditions of the population, demographic situation, life cost. With the use of the proposed factors a multidimensional classification of subjects of the Russian Federation is developed, regions with favorable conditions for the development of corporate pension insurance, favorable conditions for the development of individual pension insurance, adverse conditions for the development of voluntary pension insurance, emergency conditions for the development of voluntary pension insurance are allocated.
