Marketing analysis is a part of economic analysis and is carried out using statistical, mathematical, multidimensional and other methods of analysis. Multidimensional (matrix) methods - modeling of the situation based on the construction and analysis of multidimensional matrices, models (SWOT analysis, BCG matrix, matrix "Mac Kinsey"). The article discusses the use of multidimensional (matrix) methods in the diagnosis of financial and economic situation, and especially in the analysis of the strategic position of the enterprise in the market.
