The paper presents capabilities of the updated hardware-software system for solar observations being a part of the radio telescope RATAN-600. Parameters of the large reflex instrument and a new advanced receiver complex provide new possibilities for studying solar radio emission. Application of continuous spectral analysis over a wide wavelength range allows us to examine the height structure of the solar atmosphere where regions of a strong energy release form. Analysis of polarization of the received emission is of importance, since it provides information on size and structure of the magnetic field. Obtaining such information on the upper chromosphere and lower corona with optical methods and from satellite observations is rather difficult; radioastronomical methods are thus important. Multiwave solar observation data are automatically transferred to the local network of the radio telescope and then to website www.sao.ru and dedicated server www.spbf.sao.ru via Internet. Afterwards they are processed in real-time mode and transferred in different formats to external user through website .
