The multilevel model of the resort cluster system in Crimea

In terms of the lack of relevant information, the article suggests to develop multi-level resort clusters on the basis of intelligent technologies - neural networks. The use of such networks in mathematical modeling allows one to solve the problems of both formation and management of resort clusters' development in accordance with the priority criteria, as well as accomplish the goals of organization of management on the basis of the decision support system.
