Mobilization economy

The purpose of the study is to determine the conditions for changing the paradigm of Russia's economic development. The article compares the current situation with the historical experience of the transition to a mobilization economy. Special attention is paid to the danger of replacing the transition of the economy to the mobilization rails with the introduction of extreme management without changing the paradigm. The scientific novelty lies in the development of economic mobilization tools.
