Mobile digital speckle interferometry with cw lasers deformation field for registration of movements and flaw structural materials

This paper discusses the development of mobile digital speckle interferometer with a CW laser through the use of the optical system with co channel speckle modulated beams, as well as the use of algorithms and statistical processing of time lapse recorded speckle patterns. Examples of the use of an interferometer with various layout options for its functional elements.
