Today consumption is a social process which runs through all the socioeconomic spheres. Therefore, comprehension of the factors influencing the consumer’s choice, analysis of his values allows optimization of demand management, balanced impact on the consumers’ behaviour, and gives a better insight into the current social phenomena.
