Model funding for capital repairs of an multi-family apartment building

The author proposes a model of funding for major repairs (reconstruction) of an apartment building, designed by the Institute of Economics of the city as an alternative regional funds overhaul. A distinctive feature of our approach is to create a foundation repair in each apartment building. The problems of creating a fund home renovation, financing, loans to address homeowners state support. The conclusion about the need for complex changes to the legislation to the success of the present model.
