A model of an innovative component formation at the light industry clusters

Бесплатный доступ

The article considers the problem of the formation of innovative components of clusters in the economic system, which is relevant in connection with the intensification of globalization processes, the growth of international competition and the transition to an innovation-oriented economy. World experience shows that innovation-cluster development contributes to the growth of competitiveness of national economic systems. The definition of the role of light industry clusters as a factor in the growth of competitiveness of economic systems actualizes the need to develop a conceptual model for the formation of an innovative component of the cluster in order to ensure the innovative cluster development of economic systems and the growth of their competitiveness. The author has formed a model for the formation of an innovative component of a cluster in national-level economic systems based on the concept of innovation-cluster development. The model is designed to evaluate intra- and inter-cluster interactions in ensuring the development of a cluster of light industry. The elements (participants) of the internal and external environment of the cluster identified on the basis of the functional approach have a universal character and improve the existing theoretical models based on the generalization of the existing theoretical experience of their construction, as well as the generalization of the world practical experience of the functioning of innovative clusters.
