In this article the idea of adaptive testing is considered a developed model of generation of adaptive tests by the level of their complexity is presented. On the basis of approbation of the offered model by an experience-experimental method the comparative analysis is carried out and the effectiveness of adaptive testing is considered. The concepts of validity and safety of a test are presented.
