The model of the geoinformation Internet system intended for the analysis of the territory condition on the basis of a set of indicators is considered. The system is defined as the specialized web portal containing a collection of typified frame components for dynamic creation of web pages, with elements of presentation graphics, interactive tables and maps, with the possibility of construction of conditions estimations of territories in a semi-automatic mode.
