Model of innovative activity of small agricultural business of Russia and export of its products

The article discusses the prospect of export sales of products manufactured by small agricultural enterprises of Russia. For this purpose, the agricultural production corporations are being created which provide small businesses with new technologies, equipment, their after sales service, and the sale of their products domestically and abroad. In this case the main remaining task left for rural producers is the production of high-quality and environmentally friendly products. The coordinating activity within such an association is carried out by the future development management center with the 5-7 years forecast. Using the dialectical method of cognition, a network model for the development of agro-industrial cooperation has been developed. Where the primary element is the innovative infrastructure, which supplies small businesses with new technologies through small innovative enterprises at universities, technology parks, branches of departments in rural areas. At the same time this paves the way to the increase of the labor productivity of the villagers, the quality and environmental friendliness of their products. The cooperation of the Perm and Volgograd regions in this area allows us to enter the Iran markets with the regions’ products and subsequently to the European markets. Since Germany and other countries are interested in organic products grown without mineral fertilizers that are known to deplete the soil, this may present a perfect opportunity to the small agricultural business in Russia.
