The purpose of this article is to determine the structure of the discipline content of the "Foreign Language" in the conditions of continuing educationt in not language institution of higher education; the role and importance of discipline in the development of linguistic identity. The source of the review of the topic is working training program on discipline "Foreign Language" in the specialty 030901.65 "Legal protection of national security."
