This paper presents the results of long-term research aimed at improving the system of physical education of students, based on the integrated use of physical education and values of the global Olympic movement. The methodological basis of research is the theory of sports training that determine the necessity of the solution of three groups of interrelated tasks: intellectual, which is the basis for the development of the students theoretical knowledge in the field of physical education and Olympism; socio-psychological, reflecting the need to build students' motives and needs to sports improvement and mastering the basics of volunteer activities; individual - biological that determine the appropriateness of the development of physical education and sports skills, basic physical qualities, and skills of volunteer activities. In the course of the analytical work it was formed three-parameter model of the pedagogical process of formation of personal physical education of students based on the ideals and values of the global Olympic movement. The methodological basis of the experimental model is technologies of solutions of the intellectual, social, psychological and biological problems of the self-process of physical education students, containing structural characterization of projective installations, used means, methods for their implementation, as well as the control and accounting procedures. A special feature of the proposed model of the pedagogical process of formation of personal physical education of students considering the ideals of the Olympic movement is the ability to determine the level of formation of personal physical education of students on the basis of formalized assessment: individual characteristics that make up the components of personal physical education; integrated indicators of the development of intellectual, social, psychological and biological self-components as well as the total indicator, which generally reflects the degree of students physical preparedness.
