A model of transition to a reversible rubles and limited protectionism

The article describes the author's opinion that the liberation of prices under state control has led to rampant inflation and uncontrolled devaluation of the ruble in the country with an automatic inevitably leads to the same external turnover. Along with the liberalization in the world are widely used and protectionism in order to protect the national economy from foreign competition. Therefore, every country enjoys liberalism and protectionism, depending on the specific interests. It is necessary to create such opportunities to adjust the structure and price level of its economy to the world. Inflation roots are in the sphere of material production and caused by a decrease in the volume of output, the continuous growth and the deficit in its production costs. Continuation of the misguided policies of uncontrolled liberalization of prices and the financial and tax policy has a negative impact on the economy, causes a rise in prices, as production for industrial purposes, as well as on the prices of consumer goods.
