The article proposes a model for supporting the selection of suppliers of building materials in the modern land development system. The author investigated the existing techniques for analyzing the flow of information from suppliers of building materials, methods of tracking and regulation, as well as modern business problems associated with the supply of materials, the choice of suppliers. The author presented a methodology for improving the analysis of the choice of suppliers of building materials, a model was proposed that allows to improve the land development system by entering data on each commercial proposal into the Business Decon program, as a result, the program can obtain a comprehensive assessment for each company of building suppliers materials, thereby analyzing the results, you can make a choice in favor of one or another supplier company. The scientific problem that the author raises in this article is that there is a huge influx of proposals from suppliers of materials, and they cannot be quickly analyzed, entered into any separate database, and all the pitfalls can be found. To solve this problem, the author in the article proposes a model that will reflect all the criteria by which it will be possible to determine the choice of a supplier. The object of research is the construction industry, where proposals for the supply of materials to a construction site are analyzed. The subject of research is support for the selection of suppliers of materials. The aim of the work is to build a model that will help construction companies in choosing the required building material. You want to improve the result of the analysis when choosing a material delivery. The practical significance of the proposed model is high, since when using it, the analysis undergoes improvement, constant adjustments when making various needs for a particular material. The services offered will be immediately included in the program, and the end result will be a comprehensive assessment, according to which the final selection will take place. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the development of a decision support system when choosing suppliers of building materials.
