The article presents the models of efficiency improvement of organizational and economic mechanism of health resort company management. The correlation between the occupancy rate and the realised gain value is considered. The author has developed a model of management efficiency improvement for health resort companies that combines an organizational mechanism and a set of economic methods of management aimed at the high occupancy.
