The specific feature of the scientific method of cognition of the phenomenon of entrepreneurship is not only intuitive insights, but also a particular form of communication, designed to convey to the individual new shapes of material culture objects reflection, aimed at the civilization development. In the XXI century, the objective of entrepreneurship is seen as convergence of culture and civilization, which is, in our opinion, the only possible way of human development. If to assume that at least 10% of all forecasts on the coming catastrophe will come true, then humanity can do nothing but balance economic growth and humanistic framework of existence. It is participants of the business community, as the most powerful and influential of the active actors, who are responsible for this communication and search for the balance. Though, this responsibility has nothing to do with legal restrictions. It must be internally motivated and based on moral and aesthetic limitations that distinguish a free spiritual person capable of creative achievements. In this research, for the first time, the entrepreneurial vitality model is presented as one that reveals the fundamental connection among main variables affecting the process offormation of an innovative idea within the framework of the humanistic theory of entrepreneurship. The concept of entrepreneurial vitality involves disclosure of the entrepreneur's creative potential and can serve as a starting point in developing the method of entrepreneurial competencies
