The model of formation of key performance indicators of organizations of the banking sector

The article describes the features of the process of formation of key performance indicators in the conditions of the banking sector. The author proposes a model of the formation of the system of key performance indicators (KPI), which allows to build a system based on the efficiency of the bank's strategic goals and transform the system to the level of structural subdivisions of the bank, you need to describe in the process of ensuring the efficiency of the system and adapt the model in the conditions of the banking sector.
