Model for the development of labor market infrastructure: global and Russian experience and proposals

The article discusses the main approaches to understanding the concept of labor market infrastructure, as well as institutional factors. The features and characteristics of various types of labor market infrastructure are analyzed. In particular, both state and non-state elements of infrastructure are analyzed. As a result, a model for the development of labor market infrastructure has been developed, including the specifics of the type of infrastructure, its elements and the negative impact of institutional factors. The model made it possible to identify six main directions for the development of labor market infrastructure.
