Model of strategy of corporate systems development taking into account synergy

Analysis of factors forming model of strategy of development of complex economic systems given. Parameters of model and conditions of generation of strategic synergy of development at different stages of life cycle of the growth trajectory. The definitions of the strategic alternatives forming the optimal trajectory of development are formulated. Conditions and restrictions are given for the formation of synergetic effect in the process of development management.
