Model of management decision of the decision-maker in the digital ecosystem

Modern web technologies, which represent a huge ecosystem of technology, devices, engineering systems, ecology and transport, have an increasing impact on human life. In the course of its functioning, the ecosystem can be negatively affected. To maintain the goal of the functioning of the ecosystem, the person responsible for making decisions must have a properly constructed system and an adequate model of management decisions. In the known literature, the mathematical model is not presented, which makes this work relevant.
