Project management model for developing a local hotel network

The article analyzes the specifics of the formation of a project management system for creating a local hotel network based on the agile methodology. Typical basic values of a local hotel chain project are proposed that take into account the interests of different groups of stakeholders. The developed organizational model of project management for creating a local network of hotel enterprises is presented.
