Bakery enterprises are an important part of the entire manufacturing sector of the country's economy. Their development determines the level of provision of the population with bread and bakery products, and hence the degree of food independence and security of the country. In order to strengthen market positions and effectively operate in the market, it is necessary to have a tool that allows you to identify the weaknesses of bakery enterprises and direct efforts to eliminate shortcomings and correct actions. The study of a set of indicators for the development of the market, the marketing complex of the enterprise, the intensity of competition in the market made it possible to form a system of balanced scorecards, on the basis of which it is possible to choose rational decisions for the development of the enterprise in relation to its marketing complex. The use of a model for choosing rational decisions for the development of an enterprise in the management process will allow an economic entity not only to quickly respond to signals from the external environment, but also to predict their appearance, which will ultimately help strengthen its market position. The results obtained can be applied in other industries and fields of activity.
