Models and tools for the formation of domain knowledge in the system structure of decision support head of virtual learning organizations

The article considers the approach of selecting tools, as well as ways to build, implement, adapt and form tools for the development of software components of a virtual educational company, in accordance with the developed organization model and architecture, built a structural scheme and logic of interaction of subjects, their qualities, in order to use a set of functional tools to support the adoption of conclusions, built on the basis of data mining methods, but also statistical elements of event analysis, represented as separate integrated or called functions and operations, in order to extract the required information on subjects of interest as a result of the request in order to take prompt and required measures by the head in the educational process of the company.
