Models and tools for presentation spatio-temporal data on the semantic web

At the present stage of development of the technologies of the Semantic Web, the most interesting subject is the possibility of their application to represent spatio-temporal data in a variety of thematic areas. For these reasons, issues of geospatial semantics, geo-ontologies and semantic interoperability of data were active areas of research in the past few years. Today, the space-time information is an important part of many key nodes in the Linked Data Web. Despite the importance and relevance of the topic, as well as the active development of semantic technologies, spatio-temporal data does not have a detailed description in the works of Russian scientists, published in Russia. This article discusses the models and tools of the semantic representation of space-time information. The paper proposes a method of developing a set of linked data based on spatial-temporal information in order to develop ontologies in Protege editor. As a subject area there was selected information on football matches, to provide data on the standings in the spatio-temporal context.
