This article summarizes 18 years of experience of the author, is associated with the development and implementation of integrated automated information system of companies. The author does not pretend to solve all problems related to software product life cycle, such as integrated logistics support, financial management, accounting, personnel administration, management, maintenance and repair products, etc. Readers are invited to the attention of the methodology of an integrated automated information system designed primarily for automation in a single information space before acceptance of business processes and technical training and operational management of custom production of high-tech products. Business processes that require effective management are implemented in the ERP-system or accounting and business automated information system (for example, BEST, 1C-Accounting, etc.). To transfer the software to the ERP-system input / outcome data of business processes, operations management (e.g., primary production incoming and outgoing documents) developed special software. Described by the author of the methodology embodied in the form of an integrated automated information system Stalker PLM, experimentally tested on eleven enterprises in Russia.
