Models of environmental policy: genesis and evolution

The paper examines the theoretical prerequisites for the formation and development of national models of environmental policy. The author describes concepts and types of environmental policies in different countries, highlights the factors affecting the formation of a state environmental model. The main features of the origin and evolution of environmental policy of the Russian Federation and the problems of its implementation are also analyzed.
