Innovative development management models of high-tech industries

Problems of improvement of methods of management of processes of innovative development of the high-tech enterprises allowing to create new competitive samples of technical devices and complexes can be successfully solved by means of model tools. The article proposes a simulation model that allows to predict the amount of financial and other necessary resources, to determine the costs of research, to calculate the prices of manufactured products. The criterion of optimality of the expenses allocated for innovative development which allows to define interrelation between rates of industrialization and quality of a living standard is new developed.
