The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the internal management of the retail and retail network. The theoretical issues of the formation of the basic models of retail retail chain management, as well as the practical aspects of choosing an effective management model are studied. The analysis of the management model of a large distribution network. The conclusion is drawn about the successful application in modern retail of an integrated model of internal management combining a holding structure and centralized management.
