The author examines the simulation of adaptive e-learning systems for advanced training of educators. It is modeled by the following algorithm: 1) selection of e-learning technology; 2) selecting an e-learning source; 3) architecture design; 4) databases formation; 5) formation of electronic advanced training courses; 6) assessment of the quality of e-learning systems. The author cites requirements for the digital environment, quality management model of e-learning system, and the coefficients of its effectiveness. This model provides: a clear structure and order; the organization of individual approach to the training specialist, the flexibility of information presentation, versatility training systems; staged self-control training of the teacher and supervision by the course Director; a permanent interest in learning; the relevance of the training course; the opportunity of professional self-improvement.
