Modeling of business processes of the enterprise

Business process management is increasingly being used as a strategic practice for companies with knowledge, becoming an integral part of the organization's strategy to improve business performance. The article presents principles of modeling business processes and analysis of the relationship between business modeling processes and management projects. Practical experience in project implementation is presented. Business processes and the study of the possibilities of integrating business processes and organizational knowledge as the basis for the development of a business process management system.
