In the conditions of market relations the financial cycle of the organization, acts as the most used mechanism on the basis of which, it is possible to plan activities, and it is also possible to indirectly increase the investment attractiveness and financial stability of the organization. The article tested the hypothesis that there is a relationship between the magnitude of the liquidity index and the intensity of the implementation of a company of one of the types of opportunistic behavior.
