Simulation and visualization of heart work in computer applications

One of up-to-date directions of interactive computer systems development is simulation and visualization of dynamic objects, particularly of human organs. These applications are diagnostic systems, simulation training, monitoring etc. One of important tasks of these systems development is simulation and visualization of heart work. There is no universal software that realizes these functions nowadays. The author scrutinizes the tasks of simulation and visualization of heart work in computer applications, defines the requirements. The generalized algorithm of resolving these tasks is proposed. It consists of steps of heart electrical activity (HEA) determination on the base of registered electrocardiosignal (ECS), myocardium contractions mechanical parameters determination, transformation of 3D model of the heart computation and visualization. The architecture of the system of simulation and visualization of heart work for computer applications is designed in the article.
